Ingredients:
- Bok choy (cut into 2-inch pieces) – 2-3 pounds
- Garlic (finely chopped) – 2 cloves
- Vegetable Oil – 1 1/2 tablespoons
Thickening (mix together)
- Corn starch – 2 teaspoons
- Water – 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
